[ts-7000] example serial port C code for the TS-7260

I am a nubie to TS-7260 and starting to code up a flight data recorder 
for my experimental aircraft (Rutan Vari-Viggen). I want to record 
data from several instruments and sensors onboard and store it to an 
SD disk for post flight analysis. The aircraft instrumentation follows

1. GPS - RS-232 4800 baud, navigation data
2. EFIS - RS-232 115k baud, Attitude info and air data computer
3. Engine computer - RS-232 9600 baud, RPM, EGT,CHT, Fuel flow,etc
4. Discretes - Gear, etc
5. A/D - aileron, rudder, elevator & reflex position.

If anyone has some code that could help me get stsrted would be great 
help. Especially capturing NMEA GPS from a serial port.
