Hello Alvaro,

That is the input voltage.  The power supply is adjustable so I can
apply anything and the board has and input range of 4.5v to 20v.  And
eventually this system will be in the field running on solar at
anywhere from 10v to 14.8v.

10v in should  be ok.  It's online and working well at this moment,
but if it powers down for any reason there is a good chance it will
hang on power up.

I will set it a 5v and do some test to see if that is it.
