Datasheet and silkscreen for the 7260 indicate 4.5 to 20 VDCunregulated input.  7200/7250 are 5V regulated input.

That's the max voltage output or it is the voltage you are supplying to the board? Just to remember you: the voltage to the board must be fixed at 5 volts, no more, no less.
