So "BATTERY DISABLE" actually means "power the board"? So with flat
batteries and 24V connected, the TS-BAT3 only powers the mainboard if
JP3 is removed?

It wasn't pretty clear, I wanted to know if I had to connect something
else besides the bus. My board didn't started so I was guessing I
needed to pass the 5V to the mainboard.

I got 5V on the 5V pin of the BAT3 so I think my TS-BAT3 is functioning
correctly. I've tried the ISP header but nothing happened.
