[ts-7000] USB wireless problems

I have a TS-7250 and a PRISMIQ USB wireless adapted.  I've set the
adapter up using the instructions found here.  My problem is that I
cannot connect using the wireless, though it seems to be setup when I
run iwconfig.  It even shows the MAC address of my access point.

ifconfig gives me the following:

iwconfig gives me the following:

lo        no wireless extensions.

eth0      no wireless extensions.

Warning : Device wlan0 has been compiled with a different version
of Wireless Extension than ours (we are using version 10).
Some things may be broken...

I'm assuming my problem is with the different version of wireless
extension.  How do I fix that?
