[ts-7000] Compiling device drivers for the TS-7xxx?

Does anyone have an example of how to compile device drivers for
the TS-7xxx? I have several devices I'd like to use on the board
but no idea how to cross compile them?

I'm currently googling the subject but the initial returns are
a bit confusing (or really easy and that's why it's confusing).
