The CPLD on the TS7250 does the right thing and bypasses the SPI
EEPROM when the blaster board is present. We use the blaster-board
on our production floor to bring up every single TS-7250 board.

Not the code, but I can give you the binary. Its 2Kb of ARM Thumb
code we call TS-PREBOOT. Its purpose is to boot the processor,
initialize and self-test SDRAM, then load 16KB from NAND flash and
jump into it.

I don't think so. If your TS-BOOTROM reports a Rev B. PLD, we
changed things so the watchdog is instead armed at 8 seconds on
bootup which should be enough time to serial &
feed/disable the watchdog.
