You are correct it looks like you don't have an rcS.USB on your USB flash
drive. I would suggest downloading the newest version of Debian from here
ftp://oz.embeddedx86.com/images/debian256/debian256-5-6-2005.tar.gz untar
this onto the USB flash drive then copy the file /etc/fstab.usb to
/etc/fstab. When you run loadUSB.sh all should go well.
