In my serial.conf file I have... # These are the standard COM1 through COM4 devices # /dev/ttyS0 uart 16550A port 0x89C003F8 irq 40 /dev/ttyS1 uart 16550A port 0x89C002F8 irq 33 /dev/ttyS2 uart 16550A port 0x89C003E8 irq 40 /dev/ttyS3 uart 16550A port 0x89C002E8 irq 33 This is using the development Flash card of course, in your case you would be using a development USB flash drive.
