You need to use this file to set the position of the camera, you can do
it with echo (ie. echo -7000 0
> /sys/class/video4linux/video0/pan_tilt). One tip though, you need to
do this as root(or possiblyu with a setuid program) as root is the only
person with the permissions to write to the file.
