I recently added V4L2 support to KStars. It's not the kind of application 
you'd expect to do this, but it's there because some people use their webcams 
for Astronomy. If you can compile a fairly recent copy of KStars, then you 
can try this. It works with 10.0.7 and Logitech webcam here.
