The home page of the
io group states that files are stored elsewhere anyway, so the yahoo group/list is doing at least as much as would posting messages at the
io group, it seems to me.
A kind of chaos is afoot.
So far I can't quite tell if there will be 'order out of chaos', or if things will just get fixed, healthily and neutrally.
It's been good to read this thread of messages from a few familiar contributors.

So yeah, I'm sticking to Yahoo for the time being.
Cheers again,
Steve.

Hi All, Since neither group houses the archives, and the yahoo subscribers were not transfered to the .io group, the yahoo group still seems like the place to reach the most folks at least for the time being. The hashtag rules over at the .io group has me baffled
anyway, and my goal in life is to keep things simple online so I have more time to be outside with the soundscape!
We'll see how this evolves, but as far as I am concerned, m("yahoogroups.com","naturerecordists");" target="_blank" href="">
still seems to be the place to do this!
