Hello!

It’s been a very long time since I’ve posted. I wanted to let the group know about a new nature recording release on the German experimental music label Edition Wandelweiser that some if you will know. It’s of 5 field recordings of my piece Stones/Water/Time/Breath in which music is performed outside at a body of water with stones as played as percussion in situ. The ecological component of the recordings (in Newfoundland, Brooklyn, Woodstock, and Wilbraham) should deeply interest listeners at the intersection of field recordings and experimental music.

While Edition Wandelweiser uses their own distributions of physical cds in Europe, the best (and only) way to purchase a digital album is at the following link and also, if you listen to or prefer CDs, it can be purchased there as well where the sales go directly to the artist. You can stream some of the tracks there to preview.

Good to be back on here!
Dean
