[Nature Recordists] io group messages still need to be approved

I tried to send a message via io groups using Max C’s instructions.  You start 
the process via the io groups web page, first create a hashtag then go to ‘New 
Topic’ and select your just-created hashtag, to write the actual message.  So I 
did all that, seemed to be working until I clicked ‘send’, then a message 
popped up - 'has to be approved by the moderator’.  I don’t know how Max C’s 
message got past that barrier!
