Hi Marco,=0D It is great you were able to test your microphones on a variety of recorder= s. Comparing the R05 examples with frequency analysis it looks like there m= ay be some (around 4-6dB? )loss of sensitivity above 10kHz in the 3+3 examp= le, though I think it is hard to say without comparing at least a few repet= itions of the original experiment. Do you have a similar test recording fo= r the M10 and the LS5? =0D I agree the 3+3 does sound warmer, or fuller, than the 2+2, I wonder if tha= t would translate to non-parabolic arrays.=0D John Hartog |
