Hi Marco, The 3+3 em172 parallel in a parabola seems to work with your R05 - or at least it worked very well in your specific example. I know from practice that accurate localization cannot be expected from stereo parabolic arrays, but it is amazing to hear such a variety of bird calls spread so nicely across the depth and breadth of the stage.
