Hi, Volker -

I once walked the Snake Bight Trail in Everglades National Park in April,
and actually started running a couple times in an effort to get away from
the mosquitoes. They were as bad as I've ever experienced them.

They used to sell a bumper sticker at the Park's gift shop. It showed a
mosquito, and read, "I gave blood at Everglades National Park."
