Just been listening to an fascinating BBC Radio4 programme 'The
Listeners' featuring Katy Payne, who discovered elephant infrasound,
and John Alltringham, a leading expert on bats.
It also includes the speeded up sounds of earthquakes, and wildlife
recordist Chris Watson, who also uses contact mics and hydrophones and
is a presenter on nature shows on BBC TV.
