Does that mean that their implementation of 24 bit recording is better than the
others, or that their implementation of 16 bit recording is worse?
But I think Robin's question was about why people seem to be recommending use
the low range, when both ranges have similar noise levels. Is it that the best
range to use is the one that results in the dial being the highest for that
particular application, and that this often turns out to be the low range?
