Hi,

thanks for that though whilst I understand the science I have to say that i=
n all the hand-held recorders i've used / tested etc i've never encountered=
 any noticeable delay in 'live' monitoring. Perhaps whats causing confusion=
 here is that i'm talking about listening to the live sound coming in via t=
he inputs or internal mics - on the LS-100 there's no option to select betw=
een input monitoring & track monitoring so the delay is there even if you'r=
e not recording ! this is whats causing concern with this particular record=
er.
