Martyn,

Wonderful sounds of Goony Birds. Sounds like it is from Eastern Island sin=
ce there is lot of Sooty Terns in the background. It is sad to see all kind=
s of plastic trash in birds dead on old runway. You see a pile of feathers,=
bones and in the middle there is all kinds of plastic. You can see the wri=
ting on the objects in many different languages. Not difficult to tell wher=
e it is coming from. The problem is not only the plastic is bad but the met=
al along with the plastic is much more toxic. The effect of different metal=
s last for generations. On Midway they are talking about garbage floating i=
n the ocean full of plastic and other things about the size of Texas. Yes, =
we are all responsible and we all have to fix it. One at a time.

Any sounds of Short Tailed Albatross? Only 5 present on the Island at this =
time. It is a different world out there.

Munir.
