I'm not sure if it was on this list or another that this topic came up once=
before, and I asked where all this stuff is coming from. I was informed th=
at as well as stuff that gets into rivers, etc accidentally, some countries=
are still dumping rubbish at sea.
If that's happening, then there's little point in me not using plastic bags=
, other than the principle of it (which I agree with). The deliberate dumpi=
ng of tons of rubbish will make the reduction in my own contribution insign=
ificant.
Is it true that this is happening, and is anything being done about it? Or =
is it a myth that allows people like myself to feel like it's not their fau=
lt?
