Grab some of the latest electrets, 14 dBA'ish self noise and an old dummy head.
I'd recommended the EM172 from

Not sure if they have the EM173, if so you can lower the sensitivity with that
capsule if high'er SPL handling is needed (at the expense of high sensitivity)

For maybe 100-400 euro you can grab the old MZK2002 dummy head and position the
capsules just outside its ear canal, or mount them internally if you wish to
destroy the original (antique) head.
