The above statement may be a bit misleading though.

You need to be aware that most of the samples here are just that. Samples. Most 
of these 'samples' have been converted to MP3 for size and download speed 
consideration of the Internet. They have probably NOT been recorded to comply 
with this requirement, but converted from a much higher resolution.
