Greetings from a new member

Hi, I just want to say hello to everybody, as I am new to the group. I
am an avid birder and nature photo & videographer. I am rather newbie
to sound recording, although I was using some Telinga mics, but
without a parabolic dish. That mistake has been corrected and now I am
awaiting a dish from Klas. Just the dish, no any accessories. By the
way - would anybody tell me what diamater is the hole in the center of
a dish? I am looking for making some custom-tailored mount to
experiment with.
