Well said Phil ! Like you I cannot understand anyone that calls
themselves a 'Nature Recordist' not having an interest in wildlife in
general - some folks even record whales !

That said, on this side of the pond (UK) Palin is 'fair game' but I
respect that she may have been some US members of this list vice-
presidential candidate, and that the 'party poltics' nature of this
bulletin may not be to everyone on this Forums taste. Then again it is
clearly a party political issue.
