Siliconized nylon might hold promise. Not sure of a good source for bulk ultra-lightweight material, but I notice REI sells Sea To Summit stuff sacks made of siliconized "Thirty-denier ripstop Cordura=AE" http://www.rei.com/product/766633 Similar products are probably available elswhere.
