Wonderful, A bat guy! I have recorded most bats in North America, Bill. I have a project to record all the bats of the world (over a certain time spa) The challenges are immense! Because of the very little data we have in Audio I'm having to go out on workshops with biologists and help catch and record most species. To date I have about 275 of the worlds 1000+ bats. I'll let you know for sure any species of Mastiff bats I find in the PNW. Any other bats you need information on? How long have you been monitoring, studying bats? I think I found a western red bat on the Columbia gorge in the summer..... Martyn ************************************* Martyn Stewart http://www.naturesound.org Redmond WA 425-898-0462 |
