Hello All

Thanks for your comments Rob, and your "clean up" of the recording.
In the original posting it was exactly as downloaded from the minidisc
other than a fade in/fade out and conversion to mp3.

You are quite correct - at the 12 oclock position I was some 6-8 feet
in front of the barrier. Far right and far left I was some 30 feet
from the rig.

I walked in a straight line from right to left some some of the
increased volume is due to being nearer to the rig at 12o'C rather
than 3o'C or 9o'C. Seems I was not walking fast enough to get a
doppler effect :-)

I've tried to upload the test recording and its associated location to
the Aporee webpage.

Thanks to John Tudor for alerting all of us to that possibility.

BTW Rob, great to hear your dawn chorus there and be able to see the
location.

Cheers
Tom Robinson
