Thanks for the advice. Sorry, I should have been more specific about
what's happening.

I can see the USB hub in My Computer, but not the Portadisc. Or at
least I can see some stuff of my wife's, as it's her USB hub I'm using.

As for Audition, that did cross my mind. But I was rather hoping I
wouldn't have to fork out all that money just to transfer my
recordings to the computer!

As you say, it's a great machinese APART from this issue of transfer.
