Hubertus,
Try a home made windscreen first.
I cut off the toe of a nylon stocking, and then, with a few stitches,
sewed, a furry fabric on top and slipped it over the built-in mikes
of my D-50 and I am very happy with the results.....the noise of
the wind in the trees is significantly more noisy than the noise
caused by the wind on the mics. And it didn't take 10 minutes
to make.
