Hi

I don't know about the performance of the Samson unit, but both the Rolls a=
nd Art units seem to perform excellently judging by the tests Rob has carri=
ed out.
=A0
But it might be worth pointing out that both the Rolls and Art phantom unit=
s can be powered from 'internal' batteries, looking at the PDF for the Sams=
on it looks like it can only be powered by an external DC supply which plug=
s into it's DC in which you could do. But as=A0the Rolls and Art devices ha=
ve space for internal batteries=A0it would make for a neater unit?

In relation to this, does anyone on the group have experience
of/knowledge of S-phantom power supplies as per this link please?
