Thanks for that info, they did remind me a bit of a Bellbird. I got deafene=
ned by the Bearded Bellbird when I was on Trinidad, that's one loud bird!

belong to that species. Bell miners tend to form colonies that
excluded most other species from their territory. There are also a
couple of Red Wattlebird <http://birdsinbacky ards.net/ finder/
display.cfm? id=3D8> calls, they have the more harsh "kaak-ka-kaak" type
call.
