Thank you everyone off and on list. It helped me a lot. This mic just is not as good as the cube in freq and noise. One very helpful critic stated that they got a head ache listening to the file. I checked and sure enough I wired it wrong and recording was made out of phase. oops. I have a same size shorter duration file posted for today with corrections made. Higher sample rate, lower bit rate, phase corrected, amped, faded at the end. I still will likely not use this mic anymore and spend my time building a lighter version of the cube. Rich |
