If you're going the Rycote route with Schoeps, you have two options, the Stereo size zeppelin, or you can mount both inside a Mono size zepplin. The Stereo one is quite a bit larger, probably has a tad more isolation from wind. But the Schoeps are small enough, that even in a mono zeppelin, the wind protection is fine. If you talk to Buzz, he'll know the parts to order if you want to go the Mono route. Basically you order a mono kit, and then some 21mm Back to Back clips, and different size silicon bands for the suspension. I can send you pictures of this next to a stereo size suspension holding my MKH's if you want to see the different in size. Tim |
