It's the connection to the handle which is special for Telinga. It's
a 7-pin configuration, this to allow feeding the handle also from a
nine volt battery.
This way you can use a balanced cable and phantom power, but also
connect a power box (not phantom power, but a nine-volt battery) and
run the PRO6 with any unbalanced 3,5 mm input.
I would never go for a long trip without having the power box and a
MD for back-up.
