Re-reading Martyn's question about a PCMCIA adapter,
I may have mis-understood.  The Nagra Ares PII+
needs a PCMCIA adapter to accept Compactflash
cards and Microdrives as recording media.  I think the 
logical choice of adapter would be the product Nagra 
itself offers:

C-ADAPT Compactflash card adapter ATA
Nagra part # 2097170000
