Mystery Bird

Subject: Mystery Bird

I recorded a bird today that had a call I did not recognize. It started =

with a very rapid trill and ended with a more junco-like trill. I would =

guess it's a junco with a variation I've not heard before, but I am not =

sure. Unfortunately I only heard it a few times, and due to wind, river =

noise, and distance was not able to get an exceptionally clear recording =

of it. However, I have uploaded a brief clip where the call can be heard.
http://www.sitkanature.org/temp_upload/06-04mysterybird.mp3

The bird was in the woods not far from a muskeg (bog) near Sitka, Alaska =

(in Southeast Alaska).

Any help would be appreciated.

p.s. To those folks who responded to my early question about processing, =

I appreciate it. I am still working on understanding and trying out the =

ideas. I'll probably have follow up questions in the next couple of days =

or so (depending how busy I end up being).
