Towards the top of a hot SE facing gradual slope at about 5,000ft elevation with scattered trees on grassland without an understory. Distant barren land but this does not appear barren where the recording was made. Just based on looking at google earth and worldwind. Just cut and past the coordinates given into google earth and then for further checking you can look at the 1 meter black and white photo and topo at worldwind. Rich |
