Rich,

The bird community is moving toward this end and the new Cornell database
tool in Excel will be of some interest. In Arizona we are beginning a
program for Coordinated Bird Monitoring between all the different programs=

that collect bird survey information. The tool you need may already be
available. I can look into this in the near future and let you know what I=

find out.
