mmm, i dunno - i used a self-composed ringtone for a while what was the
single highest tone i could get out of my phone. i did this because i
worked in a very loud wood-workshop, and i was able to hear/feel the high
pitch over the noise of the running machines (i have very sensitive
high-frequency hearing, even at the ripe old age of 31). and while it may=

not have been high enough to truly be out of anyone's range of hearing, it=

was certainly unexpected and minimal enough that most people didn't notice=

it, and if they did, certainly didn't know it was a phone. like television=
s
on in standby mode (they drive me crazy...).

and also fwiw, yes, this phone had a vibrate function, but i can never feel=

phones vibrating through clothes...
