Hi Yeon--
  For your ME-67, most of the recorders you list are a pretty good
match for loud bird and frog calls. In terms of mic pre noise and
gain for ambience with Klas's lowest noise mics, I'd guess that a
lowly Sony HiMD recorder would likely sit on top of your list if used
with a portable phantom power supply. As for battery life, doesn't it
seem like every recorder consumes more than what you bring!. I can't
speak for the other recorders, but I get ~ 24 hours of constant
headphone monitoring/recording on two D' cells with my HiMD's.  Rob D.
