To my ears you can rule out fox and coyote. Bigger critter.  Both much
higher pitched.   Some big wolf like dog would be my guess but that is
all it is.  Once heard a Lab we had give a similar howl in his sleep- we
woke the poor beast up from his obviously majestic dream with our
laughing.    Not right for any of our wolves up here and I think you are
rather short of the four legged versions of them down your way.  Here in
Alberta I have been able to hear wolf, fox and coyote quite a bit.
