As before... its definitely a GSM phone handshake. The answer is to put distance between phone & recorder, its not picked up by the mic but by the cable acting as an aerial, or proximity to preamp. Or just switch phone off when recording. How indispensable are you? When I'm out recording, I'm out recording - phone OFF! anyway, it takes messages. By the by, isn't John H's beaver wonderful stuff, great depth of field. cheers BigRog |
