If you're open to ear-canal phones, I believe the Etymotic ER4Bs -- their
"binaural" modal -- emphasize upper frequencies. They're pricey but you
can find dealers on eBay much below MSRP -- I can recommend one where I've
gotten 3 pair.

Fwiw I *love* my ER4s. They're the most accurate -phone I have and I love
the high isolation -- it's radically changed my experience of airplanes,
buses, and subways. But the in-ear design is not comfortable for everyone.

My next step will be to get custom-molded ear inserts for them I think. :)
