My assumption was correct, the sensitivity is referred to 1V. 
Sensitivity is usually quoted "open circuit," but here it's with a 2K 
load. That's rather significant given the next,

Rather high, but typical for a "raw" electret (like a PIP mic). It 
might not be possible to measure the output of a raw electret mic 
"open circuit." Anyway, this is one hot little capsule.

And that is A-weighted.

That probably depends on the PIP voltage. Good, if it's the same 3V 
they note in the sensitivity spec.

Don't know the frequency response, that's important. It's 10dB hotter 
than a 183. Hot's always good for nature sounds but you might have 
preamp overload with loud sounds. The self-noise is 3dB better than a 
183. Sounds interesting, what is it?
