Sorry to be a niggler, but the proper term here is "noisy," not "loud."
Loud could mean they have too much gain, when what you mean is they
have too much hiss and noise - am I correct? Too much gain would not be
a bad thing as long as you can turn it down, but too much noise would
be a Very Bad Thing!
Please do not take this wrong, I am just trying to clarify.
