Pockets, yes, Rob. But, I'm afraid they're all to few, these days,
and much to cowed by the assault on the kinds of sensibilities we all
need to pay some close attention to for our health, mental and
physical. As the late Claire Booth Luce once said at a lecture when I
asked her why she was such a pessimist. Her answer: "The only
difference, my dear, between an optimist and a pessimist, is that a
pessimist has more experience."

While I'm ever-hopeful, I am not terribly optimistic.
