OK, this is a 30 second WAV file. The right channel is the Marantz PMD-670
recorded in WAV; the left channel is the Sound Devices 722 Recorded in WAV.
Both recorders were set at the same recording level using a Telinga Stereo
DAT mic plugged the way Klas wanted them. Notice how considerably quiet the
left channel is to the loudness of the Right.

.WAV

I will do the Tascam test later.

Don't understand it....
The dominant noise should be the Telinga noise....?

Could anyone connect one channel of the Telinga to the 722 and the other to
- say - a Tascam DAP1?? And record .Wav??
If it shows a significant difference, I have to excuse myself for all I
have written on this list about preamps. Jesus....

Klas.
