My usual "southern" route out is via Death Valley, then through Tioga
Pass, so I will most likely be going right by Mono Lake. Though it
sounds like a bit late. What's the exact location?
Also, the Pacific tree frogs are out in abundance already

Pacific Tree Frogs are one I'd really like to record. Sounds like they
may follow the chorus frog timing rather than the treefrog timing. At
least as we have it here. I'd be coming through somewhere around the
beginning of May.
